What is the lead time?
The lead time varies depending on the product and typically ranges between 2-3 weeks.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within a 60-mile radius of our store location. We are located at 2835 Festival Lane, Dublin, OH 43017
Do you prepare designs?
Yes! We provide direct assistance by preparing a full layout of your kitchen (or preferred room) as well as a 3D rendering in our store location.
Do You Install The Cabinets?
- No, we do not install the cabinets; however, we assist and connect our customers with local contractors.
Do The Cabinets Come With A Warranty?
- All of our cabinetry parts and hardware have a five-year warranty from the date of original purchase (with the exception of our Forevermark cabinets with painted finishes, which are limited to a two-year warranty). This limited liability warranty applies to residential use and only at the original site of installation; this limited liability warranty is non-transferrable to subsequent owners of the home.

What is your cancellation policy?
If the order has already shipped a 25% restocking fee will be applied and you will be required to pay return shipping. If the cancellation request is received prior to shipping a 10% processing fee may be applied.
Are your cabinets framed or frame less?
- All of our cabinets are framed.
Will the cabinets come with hardware?
- All of our cabinets come with hinges, drawer runners, and other hardware necessary for assembly. Knobs and pulls are not included as tastes and matching to your kitchen can vary, are available for purchase at an additional cost.
